So I'm thinking about getting an online personal trainer to help with some weight loss related goals, and to just help me learn more about nutrition and structuring a good workout routine. Getting a trainer has been one of the best things I have done for my fitness journey. Heck, you may even want to even go into business rather than training. She does personal training in the area, group classes, and weight loss challenges (and trying to blog and plans for YouTube video classes as well). Granted, these gyms are expensive. I've never tried a personal trainer and I'd like to consider an online one. Having been a trainer for 10 years and also working with my own coach for 3, I can tell you that an app is not how you would find a quality trainer. I really love being able to just throw my headphones in and get into my zone when I workout.
